Advocate Mariusz Zając graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the School of American Law organized by University of Florida Levin College of Law and the University of Warsaw. He is a member of Warsaw Bar Association. He has been an attorney since 2012.
He is a law partner managing business disputes and real estate market in the Law Firm. His professional experience includes day-to-day service of legal persons, legal service of residential, industrial, mining, and infrastructural investments including road and power engineering investments; counselling in connection with commercial contracts including international transactions, lease agreements, and conducting judicial and administrative proceedings.
Advocate Mariusz Zając has gained experience in renowned Warsaw law firms.
He is an author of publications and commentaries in the media on real estate law, judicial and administrative proceedings. He acts as a lecturer at conferences and seminars devoted to the subject of real estate law.

Dorota Krekora-Zając is a legal counsel and an assistant professor at the Department of Comparative Civil Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the School of Italian and European Law organized by the University of Catania.
She obtained the PhD degree in law on the basis of the dissertation entitled “A Person’s Right to Genetic Material.”
She specializes in civil law and legal aspects of carrying out biomedical examinations. She is an author of a number of publications on civil law, biomedical law, and family law (including “Legal Nature of a Consulting Contract,” Olsztyn 2010; “A Person’s Right to Genetic Material,” Lexis Nexis 2014; “On the Necessity of Legal Regulation of Biobanks,” Państwo i Prawo [State and Law] 7/2012; “The Right to Meet the Biological Mother according to National Family Law,” Studia prawnicze [Legal Studies] 1/2014; “A Human Biological Sample Used for Scientific Purposes as a Subject of Civil Law” Studia prawnicze [Legal Studies] 3/2015, “Consent on Processing Data by Biobanks for Scientific Purposes” in Selected Aspects of Human Rights and Bioethics, Warsaw, 2016).
She has received an award of State and Law for the PhD dissertation entitled “A Person’s Right to Genetic Material” (2014). She is the director of the SONATA project called “Agreements on biobanking of human biological samples for research purposes” financed by National Science Centre.
She cooperates with Polish and English biobanks within BBMRI.pl and BBMRI-ERIC consortium. She is a member of Citizen’s Health through public-private Initiatives: Public health, Market and Ethical perspectives. As an expert invited by BBMRI-ERIC and European Commission, she co-creates the code of procedure connected with the use of personal data for research purposes in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with processing personal data and in the connection with free flow of such data and repealing the directive 95/46/EC.
She manages dealing with Italian-speaking clients in the Law Firm.
She speaks Italian and English proficiently.
She is a graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (summa cum laude). She received the scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding achievements in education during her legal studies.
She was a member of the Student Association for Legal Ethics. She cooperated with Editorial Office of Legal Review of the University of Warsaw.
She is also a graduate from the Institute of International Relations at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw. She also acquired knowledge at the Faculty of Law at Universita degli Studi di Genova in Italy; and she has graduated from the School of Italian Law and the European University of Warsaw. After the completed legal attorney apprenticeship, she passed the attorney examination with the highest score.
She has run an independent attorney practice since 2013. She represents clients mainly in criminal cases with a particular regard to car accident cases, but also in civil cases connected with law of contract and family law.
She is a disciplinary judge of the Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association in Warsaw, and she gives lectures to advocate’s trainees in the scope of criminal law and criminal procedure. She is also a member of the Disciplinary Panel of the First Instance at the Polish Anti-Doping Agency “POLADA.”

Advocate Miłosława Wach is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw. She completed master studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and post-graduate studies on European Funds.
She was a scholarship holder at Georg-August-Universität in Germany (2002-2003) and Universidad de Talca in Chile (2004).
She specializes in energy and environment protection law giving advice on the preparation and examination of the legal status of Renewable Energy Projects. She also deals with current service of entrepreneurs and legal support in cases connected with subsidies from public funds.
Her professional experience includes international Law Firm of Uría Menéndez and working as an in-house lawyer in a Spanish consortium of wind industry. She has extensive experience in dealing with Spanish-speaking customers.
She is a co-author of publications on wind power engineering in English, Spanish, and Portuguese press.
Dominika Lara graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw with a very good result in 2015. At the moment, she is completing a legal counsel apprenticeship in Warsaw Bar Association.
She deals with commercial law and judicial disputes. She also gives advices on transactions on the real estate market. She has been a member of the Law Firm team since December 2016. She has acquired her present experience working in several Warsaw law firms and in one Warsaw court.
She has taken part in numerous trainings on legal and business subjects including these organized by Fashion Law Business. She took the first place in the competition on the protection of human and civil rights in 2012.
Her interests include civil law, commercial law, and fashion law.
In her spare time, she works as a voluntary in a shelter for homeless animals.
She speaks English.
Legal counsel Adam Klęczar is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association in Warsaw. He graduated from law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdansk.
To his legal profession belongs real property law, including the investment and construction process, construction contracts and office space rental. He practices in the area of tax law, covering aspects of representation in control and tax proceedings, as well as current tax advice on transactions provided by clients. Advisor in the field of commercial law, bankruptcy and restructuring law.
He gained professional experience in renowned law firms and consulting companies.
Co-author of press publications in the field of administrative law as well as bankruptcy and restructuring law.

Advocate Anna Julia Siergiejczyk is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the scope of functioning of commercial companies in legal and economic terms.
She gained her professional experience both in business-oriented law offices and as an internal lawyer in companies.
Marta Olbryś graduaded from the Faculty of Law of Kozminski University with a very good result in 2017 and Brithish Law Centre organized by University of Cambridge and the University of Warsaw. She has a Legal English TOLES Higher certificate. Since 2018 she is completing a legal counsel apprenticeship in District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
She deals with corporate services towards business entities, preparing due diligence reports and court proceedings. She has been a member of the Law Firm team since August 2018. She has acquired her present experience working in several Warsaw law firms.
Her interests include commercial and labour law.
She speaks English proficiently.
Nina Wójcik graduated from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin Faculty of Law and Administration in 2017.
Since 2019 she is attorney trainee at the Bar Association in Warsaw.
Previously she has been gaining her experience in Lublin and Warsaw law firm.
She is fluent in English.
